• A WP Ticket Package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Tickets are valid for WP Shows only 
• *WP shows = Mainstage Shows, Pipeline Festival

FAQs

Q: How do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets are available at the box office 30 minutes prior to each performance time.

Q: Can I exchange my ticket for another performance?
All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Any exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Exchange requests within 48 hours of a performance will not be considered. A $5 exchange fee per ticket will be charged. Email tickets@wptheater.org to inquire.
Members & WP Ticket Package holders can change performance dates 48 hours in advance for no fee by emailing memberships@wptheater.org.

Q: What if I am late to a performance?
Any late seating will be at the discretion of house management, but cannot be guaranteed.
