Ticket FAQ’s

Q: How do I pick up my tickets?

A: Tickets are available at the box office 30 minutes prior to each performance time. You will need the first and last name your tickets are under.

 

Q: Do you offer e-mailed or mailed tickets?

A: No. All tickets must be picked up in person directly from our box office on the day of your performance.

 

Q: What are the box office hours? 

A:The box office opens 30 minutes prior to performance. Tickets can be purchased on our website, click the button below, or by phone at (929) 458-0636. 

 

Q: Does WP have student tickets or rush?

A: Of course!  A limited number of $25 general rush tickets may be available at the box office 30 minutes prior to curtain, pending availability. One ticket per person. The general rush is open to all, including students. 

 

Q: Do you offer group sales?

A: Yes, we can offer a group discount for all groups of 9 or more people. Email tickets@wptheater.org to inquire about group rates.

 

Q: Do you have accessible seats for patrons with mobility needs?

Yes, please purchase the seats with the [insert wheelchair icon on seat image] for seats that can accommodate a wheelchair and [C icon screenshot] for Companion Seating. 1 Wheelchair can be accommodated per performance. 


All seats in Row A can be accessed without climbing stairs. All other seats require at least one or more steps. Please note that our 4th floor lobby requires climbing 1 flight of stairs. If you have any other questions about accessibility, please contact tickets@wptheater.org. We will do our best to accommodate any accessibility requests that arise at the time of your performance, but we cannot guarantee an accessible seat to patrons who do not purchase an accessible seat or to those who do not contact us at least 48 hours prior to the performance they would like to attend. 

 

Q: What if I am late to the performance?

A: Any late seating (after the published curtain time) will be at the discretion of house management. Late seating is not guaranteed. There is a live-stream of the performance in the lobby for patrons who arrive after curtain and must wait to be seated.  Any patrons who arrive late and are not able to see the show will not be issued a refund, so please arrive on time!

 

Q: Can I exchange my ticket for another performance?

A: All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. WP Ticket Package holders can change performance dates at least 48 hours in advance for no fee by emailing memberships@wptheater.org. If you have any other questions about exchanges, please email tickets@wptheater.org.

 

Q: What if a performance is canceled or postponed? ?

A: In the unlikely event a performance is canceled or postponed, WP will contact all ticketholders directly. Follow WP Theater on social media for real time updates. @wptheater on Instagram and /WPTheater on Facebook.  

 

Q: Can I transfer tickets to a friend if I can’t make the performance?

A: Yes, please email tickets@wptheater.org or call [Box Office Number] to change the name your ticket is under.

 

Q: Does WP Theater require masks?

A: Masks are optional at WP Theater.
