Ted Powers is a partner at the law firm of Jones Day. Ted represents sponsors, acquirers, targets, and financial advisors in multibillion dollar global mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt investments, and joint ventures (JVs). He also advises management and boards on strategic and governance matters. Ted’s practice spans multiple industries, including technology, health care and life sciences, energy, financial services, and industrials.  Ted was raised in Hong Kong and lives in Hoboken with his wife, three children (aged 13, 11, and 8), and dog.
